The Impact Harrisburg grant was used by River Rescue to complete Phase II of its renovation project. The project addressed deficiencies identified to bring the headquarters facility into the standards established under the Comprehensive Review of Fire and Emergency Services Resources. Phase II renovations were made
to offices, meeting rooms, decontamination area, lavatories, as well as the installation of a new security access system.

AMOUNT LEVARAGED: $150,000. River Rescue invested its own funds in both Phase I and Phase II renovation projects.
