Paxton Place is the first Low Income Housing Tax Credit development for the elderly within Harrisburg. The project is a 44,000 square foot, three story building with 37 affordable apartment units and attractive common areas. Construction is complete and all units are fully rented. This property will be subject to all local real estate taxes.
